An international property developer and investor active in commercial sphere with properties in Prague's suburbs, Eastern Bohemia is seeking for a skilled Property Manager.

Your job description will include:

• Comprehensive on-site Property Management of multiple properties and facility management teams and other members of company PM team in Prague and Central and North Bohemia
• Long-term business planning and project implementation
• Lease administration—issuing invoices, indexation, tracking receivables and payables
• Responsibility for operational budgets - OPEX (proposal, bid processing, follow-up control)
• Responsibility for the planning, budgeting, and implementation of CAPEX projects
• Financial management of projects; coordination with internal & external accountants
• Elaboration of tenders & contracts for cooperation with supplier companies

We require:

• Higher education an advantage (secondary education with General Certificate of Education in Advanced Level (maturita) acceptable)
• Experience of at least 5 years in the field
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Good knowledge of PC (common office programs Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Communication and negotiation skills
• A strong and confident personality with a proactive approach and a focus on results
• Driving license sk. B - Active Driver
• Flexibility, independence, interest in growing responsibilities inside the company
