As a Letting Manager, you will join a very successful property investor and developer with a great reputation and highly interesting portfolio of projects.
Letting Manager will manage following activities:
- Letting of commercial buildings
- Searching for new business opportunities and potential tenants
- Cooperating with real estate units
- Communication with potential tenants, presentation of available spaces, presentation of plans (layouts) and specification of vacant unit.
- Presentation and negotiation of letting contract conditions
- Market research – monitoring of competitors, new developments etc.
- Support and close cooperation with colleagues in the letting team and development team
- Communication with marketing and development departments
- Elaboration of simple analyses and reports preparation
The Letting Manager will ideally have a university degree and previous 2-4 years of experience in letting (both active role or supporting role).
Since you will be communicating with clients on everyday basis you should have very good communication and organisational skills.
Excellent spoken and written Czech/ Slovak and English is also essential since most of the clients are non-Czech speakers.
