This is fantastic opportunity will suit to a skilled and professional individual, who is interested to work on a side of a strong, prestigious developer, one of the top players on the residential market.

Highly attractive and successful developer is searching for passionate individual with a drive to represent the company and sell high standard apartments to potential clients.

Your position will consist of:

• Selling of high-standard apartments within newly developing residential complex
• Providing clients with professional advice and presenting them the project
• Preparation of legal documents together with company law team (from the reservation
• contract till contract of purchase)
• Lead meetings with potential clients as well as price negotiations to close the contract
• Preparation of proposals and offers for clients

We expect that the candidate will have:

• Previous at least 1 to 3 years of experience in residential sales, preferably on the site
• of an investor
• Fluency in Czech/ Slovak and very good English since you will use it for the negotiation
• Very good communication skills, business mindset and professional approach
• Dynamic, outgoing personality and passion about the project
