SENIOR INVESTMENT ANALYST (MP)

PROPERTY INVESTMENT FUND

We are looking for a professional with min. 5 years of experience in real estate investment, valuation or financing area. We expect this person to have a university degree, strong analytical and financial modelling skills. Fluent English and Czech/ Slovak would be ideal.

Senior Investment Analyst will

• prepare financial evaluation of potential investment opportunities and development projects,
• coordinate underwriting for acquisitions (cashflow modelling, due diligence) as well as participate in financial evaluation of projects,
• present results of analyses to investment committee,
• participate in negotiations with lawyers, banks and seller,
• have an active part in whole transaction process.

• The Senior Investment Analyst will report to the Transaction Manager.

  We are looking forward to receiving a CV from candidates who fulfil the following criteria:

• University degree;
• Advanced analytical skills, advanced knowledge of Excel;
• Very good knowledge of real estate investment market
• At least 5 years of experience in real estate investment, valuation or financing
• Fluent English and Czech/ Slovak
