Are you interested in expanding your analytical skills within real estate development segment?

We are specifically looking for a bright minds, who enjoy working with data, have strong analytical skills, very good knowledge of Excel and are detail oriented. This is not another "number crunching" role.

If doing financial due dilligence and cashflow models is not good enough for you and you prefer seeing the business behind the numbers as well - this opportunity is tailor-made just for you!

Your main responsibilities as a Real Estate Investment Analyst will involve:

- Assessing new land/ project acquisitions and preparation of initial investment analyses on the czech market

- Financial due dilligence of those investment opportunities, cashflow modelling and financial reporting alongside the acquisition

- Participation in property valuations

- Research of available economic and real estate market data monitoring

- Participation on property acquisitions on the group level (mainly CEE market)

Ideal candidate -

  • will hold an university degree in economics or finance!
  • will have a previous experience in a real estate on business cases for example alongside BIG 4 is highly preffered)
  • would be semi-skilled candidates with 2-4 years of experience, who are passionate about real estate segment.
  • Good knowledge of English is a must have as well as analytical thinking together with an attention to a detail.
  • You should be able to use Excel on very good level and have basic financial modelling skills.
